Enjoy a walking tour of the beautiful downtown of Koedo Kawagoe, a town of history retaining the culture and aroma of Edo, it’s known for its old clay warehouses and merchant homes.

Special rates have been provided at the Kawagoe Prince Hotel. Please find below the prices for the rooms for September 2 & 3, 2018. Rooms will be on a first-come first-serve basis.

Method of Payment
Registration and Accommodation fee will be processed in Japanese yen using a valid credit card online. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Registration & Accommodation Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified via email to the Conference Secretariat.
- Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat no later than August 2, 2018.
- A cancellation charge of 30% of the registration fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making refund.
- Refunds will not be made for cancellation requests received on or after August 3, 2018 or for no shows.
- All refunds will be made after the Conference.
