Method of Payment

Registration and Accommodation fee will be processed in Japanese yen using a valid credit card online. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Registration & Accommodation Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified via email to the Conference Secretariat.

  • Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat no later than August 2, 2018.
  • A cancellation charge of 30% of the registration fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making refund.
  • Refunds will not be made for cancellation requests received on or after August 3, 2018 or for no shows.
  • All refunds will be made after the Conference.
